Many users were unclear about how to earn money in the app, so we redesigned the onboarding and added community polls.

I was the primary designer for most of this project, working closely with another designer who offered fresh perspectives and served as a sounding board for our ideas.
The challenge
We focused on enhancing the existing features and addressing users' ongoing pain points, while staying aligned with rapidly evolving trends and behavior in social media.
Onboarding
Customer reviews and feedback showed that many users were unclear about how to earn money on Display Social. So we redesigned the onboarding to clearly explain the different ways users can monetize their activity in the app.
Polls
As a new feature, we introduced polls in the communities section, so members can engage with their community more interactively, spark discussion and gather opinions.
